Return Policy
Due to the nature of Shiny-Kote, a manually applied clear coat product, we do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase. This policy is in place to maintain product quality and safety.
The only exception to this policy is if you do not receive your order within 30 days of the purchase date. In such a case, you may contact us to request a refund.

Late or Missing Orders
If you have not received your product within 30 days of your purchase, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate the shipping status, and if it is confirmed that the item has not been delivered, we will proceed with a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy
Since all orders are processed immediately after purchase, cancellations are not possible once payment is completed.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
Please note that Shiny-Kote does not qualify for the 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law, due to its nature as a manually applied product that cannot be resold once opened or used.
